Hotel Reservation
For hotels which
accept online
payments, please
reserve three days
in advance. Remember
to provide the
correct guest name,
as this will be used
upon check in.
2.
Online Payment
Please select your
preferred online
payment method when
reserving your room.
personnel of CTS
will contact you to
confirm availability
after we have
received payment and
checked with the
hotel. If you decide
to prepay with cash,
please bring the
money to our offices
in GuiLin, after we
have sent you a
confirmation letter.
If we don't receive
payment within three
days of sending the
confirmation letter,
your reservation
will be
automatically
cancelled. CTS bears
no responsibility if
you are not allowed
to check in.
3.
Upon Check In
Check in to the
hotel with the same
name as you used for
the reservation.
Please pay all
expenses besides the
room rate when you
check out. CTS
bears no
responsibility if
you are not allowed
to check in because
of using a different
name.
4.
NO-SHOW
CTS will charge one
night's hotel fee as
a penalty. (Not
apply for oversea
hotels and during
the special period
such as Chinese New
Year, local
exhibition etc. The
penalty will depend
on the hotel rules.)
5.
Cancellation
If you inform us of
the cancellation
3 working days
before the check in
date, we will not
charge you any
penalties. If you
cancel
1 working days
before the check in
date, you will be
charged a fee of
50%
of one night's cost.
If you inform us of
the cancellation on
the check in date,
you will incur a one
night's fee. (Not
apply for oversea
hotels and during
the special period
such as Chinese New
Year, local
exhibition etc.
Penalty will charge
depend on the hotel
order)
6.
Postponing
If you wish to
postpone your check
in date, please
inform us
48
hours before your
original date. We
will charge or
refund the room fee
according to your
new length of stay.
If you want to bring
your check in date
forward, please
inform us
72
hours before your
new check in date.
We will charge or
refund the room fee
according to your
new length of stay.
7.
Alterations
If you want to
change the room type
or the hotel that
you have reserved,
please cancel your
previous reservation
and make a new one.
8.
Checking Out Ahead
After checking in to
the hotel, should
you wish to check
out before your
pre-arranged date,
please inform us
with written note
24
hours beforehand.
If, due to an
emergency, you can't
contact us, please
get a written note
from the hotel. We
will refund the
whole amount
according to your
stay. CTS will not
provide refunds
unless the guests
provide valid
evidence.
9.
Method of Refund
CTS refunds through
a credit card
company if your
prepayment was made
via credit card. For
those who prepaid in
cash, the refund
will be in cash.
Guests will pay all
related fees if the
refund was due to
them. Charges will
be 4% of the total
amount refund. The
credit card company
may take up to 3
months to make the
transfer.
10.
Cash prepayment
All cash prepayments
should be sent to
our offices in
Guilin. CTS is not
able to collect
money.
