Important note about the exchange rate

For the convenience of our clients,China Guilin Tour accepts various payment methods:
Western Union Transfer
Wire Transfer (Regular Bank Transfer)

    1. Reference exchange rate: please refer to BOC EXCHANGE RATE.
    2. The quote we provide is in Chinese currency-RMB, the equivalent quote in USD is based on current exchange rate between the RMB and the USD. The quote we provide in USD is subject to slight change due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate, though our quote in RMB will remain the same.
    3. Our average deposit amount is 2,000 RMB, but this amount is subject to change. It could possibly be higher, or lower depending on group size, and itinerary. Your personal travel consultant will adjust the amount accordingly.
    4. The remaining balance is due 20 prior to your tour date.

	Pay by Western Union Transfer If there is Western Union Service in the area where you live, you can choose to send us deposit through Western Union. The information for Western Union Transfer is as below: Receiver’s First Name: Tang Receiver’s Last Name: xiaojun City: GUILIN Country: CHINA After you send us the money, please tell us the full name of the remitter, sum of money, details of your address, and also the Money Transfer Control Number provided by Western Union. Western Union is the fastest way to pay us. We can get your money in a couple of minutes after you send the money. So it is an ideal way for the late bookings.


	Important Notes 1) The rules of Chinese Government do not allow us to charge in foreign currencies. Credit card payments charged in CNY are based upon the prevailing rates in China. Your card issuing bank will debit you in local currency and China Guilin Tour will have no control on the rate of conversion used by your card company. The result is that the amount charged from your credit card might be slightly different from the amount on the credit card authorization form. 2) We do not accept credit card payment if you confirm the booking and pay us less than 10 days prior to your arrival date. In this case the only way to pay us is by Western Union service. 3) If you choose to pay with credit card and if you book a packaged tour, China Guilin Tour will bear the credit card processing fee (approximately 3% of the total payment).
